Monday, July 20, 2009 - Nanchung, China - The adoption is finalized. After 24 hours of travel and another day of paperwork, we welcomed Elayna Irene Knezevich to our family. Elayna joins seven other Chinese girls in American families from our group in China. She is walking almost on her own and adapting very well to her mom and dad, or should I say we are adapting well to her! Tomorrow is a free day to enjoy the Galatic Peace International Hotel and the sights and sounds of Nanchung. The world's largest ferris wheel is here along with many other markets, parks, and attractions. On Friday, we head to Guangzhou for the final leg of the trip, court dates, and more paperwork.
